In the app or on the website
- Sign in with the Google or Apple account you want to delete.
- On the home screen, in your account box, tap Delete account.
- Confirm with Delete permanently.
The deletion is immediate. You can keep playing as a guest, or sign in again later to start a fresh account.
What is deleted
- Your account record: provider id, email, display name, profile picture.
- Your sign-in sessions on every device.
- Your statistics, leaderboard entry and play-time record.
- Your name and id in past match records, replaced by "Deleted player" so other players' results stay consistent.
What is kept
Anonymous match results (scores per seat) and server logs, which are rotated automatically. Guest play never creates an account and stores nothing beyond a random device id in your own browser or phone.
Without access to the app
Email it.team@visinemapictures.com from the address linked to your account and we will delete it within 7 days.
Hapus akun Anda
- Masuk dengan akun Google atau Apple yang ingin dihapus.

Yang dihapus: data akun, sesi masuk, statistik, dan nama Anda pada riwayat pertandingan (diganti "Pemain terhapus"). Tanpa akses ke aplikasi, kirim email ke it.team@visinemapictures.com dari alamat yang terhubung ke akun Anda.
